A Fire Risk Assessment identifies fire hazards and evaluates the level of risk to ensure that businesses have appropriate precautions and safeguards in place to protect employees and visitors.
From 1st October 2006, all non-domestic premises are required by law (Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005, RRFSO) to manage the risk posed by fire by having a Fire Risk Assessment in place.

All businesses must have a written Fire Risk Assessment document which can be produced on demand to all occupants which includes employees, visitors and contractors.

Upon completion of the Fire Risk Assessment, EnviroHive will provide the client with an easy to understand, fully comprehensive personally tailored Fire Risk Assessment document. This document will form part of the Fire Risk Management Plan
Discharging your fire safety duties does not end with a single Fire Risk Assessment. Fire Risk Management Plans are also necessary to ensure the business has ongoing measures in place to comply with fire safety legislation. These plans help to develop a business culture which proactively manages the risk of fire and has a positive approach to health & safety.

A Fire Risk Management Plan typically includes the Fire Risk Assessment, procedures, inspection and maintenance plans and details of installed fire safety equipment
